Cole Wilcox, Portfolio Manager Primary Title: Chief Executive Officer

Cole Wilcox is the Chief Executive Officer of Longboard Asset Management. Under his leadership, Longboard provides high-quality, alternative mutual funds to top-performing financial advisors. Co-founded by Mr. Wilcox in 2010, the firm manages approximately $450 million in assets (as of 9.8.15).

Mr. Wilcox focuses on the management of Longboard. He ensures that our team delivers excellent service to clients, so that they can feel confident about their alternative investment choices.

He follows and speaks often about emerging technologies and companies with disruptive business models. Recent media appearances include The Wall Street Journal, CNBC and Bloomberg. The Little Book of Trading has profiled Mr. Wilcox and he has co-authored several leading research papers on alternative investment strategies.

Mr. Wilcox is a graduate of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Eric Crittenden, Portfolio Manager Primary Title: Chief Investment Officer

Eric Crittenden is the Chief Investment Officer of Longboard Asset Management. He brings nearly two decades of experience in disciplined, rules-based investment strategies to his position. Co-Founded by Mr. Crittenden in 2010, Longboard manages approximately $450 million in assets (as of 9.8.2015).

Mr. Crittenden drives Longboard’s focus on offering high-quality alternative mutual funds that seek to deliver long-term results. A former teacher, Mr. Crittenden enjoys learning about the needs of our diverse clientele and helping them incorporate alternative investments into their practices.

Numerous publications have cited his research on trend following investment strategies, including The Journal of Finance. Mr. Crittenden graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wichita State University with a degree in Finance.

Howard Fraser Primary Title: Private Client Group, Managing Director

Howard Fraser is the Managing Director of Longboard’s Private Client Group. He builds deep relationships with top performing financial advisors to help them understand the key role that alternatives play in today’s portfolios. His close link to Longboard’s portfolio managers gives clients an inside look at our strategy and vision. As head of the group, he ensures that all team members serve as reliable and responsive partners to our financial advisor clients.

Prior to joining Longboard in 2013, Mr. Fraser worked with Samuel Rothstein Investments, a family office focused on alternative investments. In this role, he delivered personalized investment service to clients. Before working in the financial industry, he specialized in the sale and acquisition of luxury residential property in Central London.

Mr. Fraser completed the Harvard Business School’s executive education leadership program on negotiation and competitive decision making.
